Assessments

Agency needs assessments – Agency needs assessments are targeted surveys created by The Hope Network to gauge the needs of the agencies we serve. We provide a number of services to not for profit organizations who directly serve those who are in need of food, shelter, clothing and daily living essentials.

These surveys are customized to each agency we work with. The aim is to help them run leaner and more efficiently. This aspect of our work has become more important in 2009 as the recent financial downturn has drastically affected both donations and public funding. Agencies need to ensure that they are able to continue the projects, programs, and services they offer, especially now, as the ranks of those who cannot afford housing, food, clothing and daily living essentials grow.

Street needs assessments – Street needs assessments target the populations we serve. From September 2008 we have gathered critical data that we study and have used to adjust the Programs we offer. Based on the changing needs of the respondents we found that they had very specific needs. In response we are now creating new surveys to reflect these new realities. Street needs assessments will soon be available for the following targeted areas of need: Food, Shelter, Clothing, Essentials, Financial.

  • THN Street needs assessments (Forms/Surveys/Needs_Survey(07/27/08)Revision_1c) – The purpose of this survey is to find out “How can we improve the quality of life for the greatest number of people?”. Please take a moment and help us by completing this survey. The results we gather will improve access to quality services. It only takes 15 minutes. Please check all boxes that apply. When you’re done, please hand in your survey to a THN representative. We can also help you complete the survey and answer any questions? Thank you for participating.
